This soup is perfect for winter with the ginger powder and hot chili powder. The trick to making it nice is to fry all the vegetables before boiling them in a big pot, so the flavors are stronger.
Here’s me making the soup in our kitchen at home 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/4 onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 potato
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 10 pieces fried tofu
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. hot chili powder
Instructions:
- Cut everything into cubes except for the garlic.
- Fry the onion for about 2 minutes until it starts to burn a little. Add the fried tofu pieces and stir for a minute.
- Add all the other veggies and condiments to the frying pan and stir for about 10 minutes.
- When the carrot and potato are soft, pour everything into a pot, add water, and boil for about 3 minute. Serve!
